Your 3D printed items are not made until your order is placed. The entire process of 3d printing, assembling, and post processing can take 10-14 days, or more (depending on how many items are purchased). Please refer to the current lead time when adding a product to your cart.
If the colors you wish to order are not currently stocked, then this will add an additional 2 weeks as we will need to order the material before beginning your order.

We currently only ship to the continental United States via USPS First Class Mail.
Orders over $30 will ship free of charge, otherwise a flat rate of $8 will be added for shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you should automatically receive an email notification with your order’s tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your past orders.
If you’ve already checked your tracking, please first try to contact the courier that shipped your order was shipped with along with your tracking number, and they will help you investigate and locate your package. If they’re unable to assist, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase (according to shipment tracking info), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
It is to be understood that 3d printed product, such as the product sold on this website, are custom made when your order is placed. Returns or exchanges will not be considered for minor cosmetic defects that are inherent to 3D printed product. Please see our Quality page to understand the types of minor artifacts that are potential with all 3D printed products.
We will process your return as it’s received, and we’ll do our best to issue you the appropriate exchange or refund as soon as possible. It’s best to provide us with a tracking number for your return or exchange package so we can anticipate your return. If you’ve sent your items back but have not received any emails from us, please contact us.
